1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with Sullivan Locksmith Services, you agree that the person scheduling has legal authority to authorize work at the service address. We reserve the right to verify legal authority before commencing any work and may decline service if authority cannot be confirmed.
All service quotes are flat-rate and provided on the phone before dispatch. Final invoices may include after-hours fees if disclosed at quote time. We do not perform on-site upselling or surprise charges.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled appointment at any time before our technician is dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur a trip fee equal to our minimum on-site service fee.
3. Workmanship Warranty
All Sullivan Locksmith Services work is warranted for 90 days against defects in workmanship. Hardware warranties follow each manufacturer's published terms (e.g. Mul-T-Lock, Schlage, Yale).
If something is wrong with our work, contact us and we will return at no additional charge to make it right.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sullivan Locksmith Services is liable for damages arising directly from our work up to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost data, or pre-existing damage to property.
5. Website Use
The content of https://sullivanlocksmithservices.com is owned by Sullivan Locksmith Services and may not be copied or republished without permission. Trademarks of third parties (Mul-T-Lock, Schlage, Yale, Medeco, Latch, Baldwin, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from our service will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
